WooHoo!!! We made it to Friday once again. Welcome in to MORNING MOTIVATION!
Today is the FIRST day of May, and the FINAL installment in our series “What Successful People Do Every Morning.”
Quick review:
Wake up early (Most successful people are up by 5:00 a.m.)
Do 15-20 minutes of cardio exercise to get the heart rate up
Eat breakfast
Have 10-15 minutes of quiet meditation (pray, read scripture, clear your mind…just make sure it is uninterrupted quiet time.
And No. 5…..Attack your most difficult or challenging item first.
The worst thing you can do to cut down on your productivity each day is to procrastinate. Get into the habit of focusing on your most difficult item, or the one you look forward to the least, early.
