Thanks for another great Monday Motivational Message… my position coach at Berry High School, Coach Bud Bishop, would ask us for at least 10%… that was asking (encouraging, motivating and inspiring) us to give him 10%… that was 10% more than we had given in practice and preparation… give, like you dad said, “give a little bit more… go the extra mile”
